1 scoop Mini Protein superfood blend protein powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 cup raspberries
Add to a blender the almond/coconut milk, frozen bananas, frozen raspberries & mixed berries and the scoop of Mini Protein superfood blend. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
Garnish the smoothie bowl with raspberries, pumpkin seeds, a sprinkling of chia seeds and coconut flakes.
For a colder smoothie bowl, add ice cubes before blending.
